Honest boundaries: no ongoing data entry, transaction processing or payroll; up to 150 transactions a month; max 5 staff; single location. Your data entry stays your responsibility — we make sure it can’t quietly go wrong.

Tier 1 — Hospitality Margin Protection™
$990 + GST / month / venue
For single-venue cafés and restaurants, typically $1M–$3M, where margins feel wrong but nobody can say why.
You get: a margin protection review every month covering wages %, COGS drift and overhead pressure, with variance flags that tell you what changed and why it matters, in a clear monthly Margin Protection Summary. Underneath it, your compliance handled end to end: bookkeeping, payroll (up to 5 staff) and BAS oversight, plus a direct WhatsApp channel.
Honest boundaries: 150–200 transactions a month, max 5 staff, single venue, no forecasting.

Tier 2 — Weekly Visibility™
$1,950 + GST / month / venue
For $1.5M–$5M venues whose owners are checking numbers too late.
Everything in Margin Protection, plus: weekly financial snapshots (wages %, sales vs labour trend, cost drift alerts); weekly payroll and super tracking; a simple visual dashboard; a monthly 30-minute management call; early-warning commentary — “if this continues six weeks, here’s the impact.”

For multi-venue operators, expansion or acquisition decisions, investors at the table.
Everything in Weekly Visibility, plus: rolling cashflow forecasting; scenario modelling (new venue, extended hours, wage rises); benchmarking against similar operators; a quarterly strategy session; go/no-go decision support; board- and investor-ready financial narratives.

Multiple venues? Additional venues are quoted individually — same owner, same systems, similar complexity earns a modest reduction. We don’t discount linearly, on purpose.
